Victory Burger
About This Spot
Stepping into Victory Burger is like finding a welcoming communal nook in the heart of Spokane’s bustling scene. The space is open and inviting, with casual warmth that encourages lingering over a meal or gathering with friends. There's an easygoing pace here—you won’t feel rushed, whether you’re savoring a quiet bite or catching up while a game of ping pong or corn hole unfolds nearby.
This is a spot where the joy of simple, familiar comforts takes center stage, but with its own thoughtful twists. The vibe blends a lively, communal dining hall atmosphere with the ease of a neighborhood hangout, making it ideal for families, small groups, or solo diners looking for something approachable yet memorable.
The food invites you into that experience, offering the kind of classic American fare that’s carefully crafted to feel a little elevated without losing its down-to-earth spirit. Burgers here come with fresh, bright layers of flavor tucked inside soft buns, while the sides introduce subtle surprises—like a whisper of dill on fries or a creamy aioli that hints at unexpected notes. The occasional signature sauce or creative take on fries adds personality without overshadowing that homegrown comfort everyone seeks.
At Victory Burger, there’s an unhurried sense of connection—between people sharing a meal, between familiar tastes and their new interpretations, and between the playful energy of the space and the satisfaction of a well-made plate. The experience feels less about rushing through a quick meal, and more about making space to enjoy an honest moment, complete with a satisfying meal and a bit of friendly fun.

Victory Burger is spacious, offering several areas to sit and also has different games to play. When we visited, there was ping pong and I believe corn hole. You order your food and then pick it up at the counter once it's ready. I ordered buffalo chicken strips with dill vinegar fries and my husband got the Victory burger. The prices were a bit steep, but the food was pretty good. Definitely better than average. I'm not sure if the soda was refillable, but we paid $5 each for a 16 oz disposable plastic cup of coke that was at least half ice. The person who took our order was friendly and happily answered our questions.

Saw the signs out on the street and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed!! Delicious, fresh burger. Dill pickle fries are a great discovery. If you want to grub a great burger, this is the place!

Unique place. It's like a dining hall but with drinks and amazing burgers. Their fries are a delicious interesting take with a very subtle hint of citrus and Salt sprinkled with dill. I highly recommend this place.

Tasty burgers! Fresh ingredients and decent portions. The pickle seasoning on the fries and the dill aioli were awesome! $5 sodas were a little hard to fathom, though. That aside, it’s a great fast-casual restaurant with room for groups plus ping pong and some table games.

Love this place. I've never been here before and I ordered my favorite: Dealers Choice; and my wife got the Victory Burger. The burger that I recieved was the Southwest Smash. It was fantastic. The food was cooked perfectly and their fries were fantastic. The atmosphere is inviting and open. It's a good place to come and hang out. They have ping-pong and other entertainment. Will definitely have to come back and try another meal here. Thank you for the amazing meal.

Another fantastic Ethan Stowell spot, excited to have one in Spokane! Victory Burger absolutely delivered. The veggie burger was one of the best I’ve had, the Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, and the dill fries were fantastic!! They’ve got a solid craft beer selection and a bit of beer hall vibes inside. They also have high-end cocktails with high quality whiskey and mezcal at their speakeasy downstairs (surprisingly affordable for the ESR quality, too!). The pickleball court outside is such a cool touch, and inside you’ll find giant Jenga and several other fun activity options like ping pong! Definitely a great spot to host team outings or celebrations with larger groups! Can’t wait to come back!

Me and wifeys new favorite burger place, ordered a truffle smash burger to split, destroyed it in moments and ordered another one. The dill fries were amazing and the vanilla cream soda was yummy. We will be back soon and often!
